Ekeoma C. Eke - Chairman

Ekeoma is the Chairman, Board of Directors, WCM Capital Limited. He is also the Chairman, Samek Group Nigeria Limited, Samek Construction and Woodland Bureau De Change.

Ekeoma has a degree in Law and Human Resources Management from the United Kingdom. He is an astute member of several Associations and professional groups.

Patrick A. Ajayi - Managing Director/CEO

Patrick has a Bachelors Degree in Physics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He has over 24 years work experience spanning Marketing, Audit, Taxation, Banking, Information Technology and Stockbroking.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Abuja Securities and Commodities Exchange and Institute of Directors, Nigeria. He served as the Chairman Audit committee, Central Securities Clearing System Plc. and remains a member of the Audit committee till date.

He also serves on the boards of Ned Philips Capital Limited, WCM3 Investments Limited and the Governing Board/Council of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and Letshego Micro-Finance Bank( a Multinational Micro-Finance Franchise).

Habeeb O. Amole - Executive Director

Habeeb holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Degree from the Lagos State University and Higher National Diploma (HND) (Upper Credit) in Business Administration from The Polytechnic Ibadan.

He is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange, fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and duly registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

His work experience spans over 2 decades as a seasoned stockbroker on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is also an Authorized Dealing Member of the Abuja Securities and Commodities Exchange and Associate Member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria.

He also serves on the board of WCM3 Investments Limited and Landprop Concerns Limited.

Abiodun M. Afinowi - Non-Executive Director

Abiodun is a Principal Consultant/Partner in Distinct Consult & Associates.

He was also an Executive Director in Kenneth & George Ltd, a leading telecom products retail and distribution company.

His area of expertise are Business Simulation & Strategy, Credit Analysis & Administration, Internal Audit & Business Feasibility Investigations. He has worked in both public and private sectors of the economy.

He has a Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees in Economics. He also has an Executive MBA from the China Europe International Business School. Abiodun is a Chartered Accountant and former Banker.

He also serves on the boards of Windsor Woods Limited and Lagos Building Investment Company.

Ngozi C. Adiele - Non-Executive Director

Ngozi is a Principal Consultant with Glenmere Management Consultants.
She is a seasoned Organizational Development and Change Transformation Specialist. Her specialist experience which spans over the private and public sectors is focused primarily on the building of change capacity in organizations, organisational development, and people performance. Her capability areas are, Organisational Strategy, Development, and Effectiveness, Change Transformation, Business Strategy and Performance, People management, and Culture Embedment.
Ngozi holds an MBA (Canterbury Business School), LLB (Hons) (University of Buckingham), and a BSc. (Lincoln University). She’s Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, a Chartered Member of CIPD, certified Prosci’s Change Management Methodology Practitioner, and a Project Management Professional.

Oluwatosin K. Akingbade - Non-Executive Director

Tosin currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at Olaniwun Ajayi LP (ranked by most international directories as the leading full-service law firm in Nigeria). Here, she combines her deep seated Strategic Business Management skills on the one hand, in-depth understanding of technology and digital innovations on the other hand, and demonstrated leadership garnered over the years, to spearhead the Firm’s ambitions to be the leading law firm in Africa.

Tosin has for the past 25 years, developed intricate and in-depth managerial skills in both consulting as well as operational capacities. She cut her teeth at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Nigeria (PwC Nigeria), where she at various times led, or was a key member of, teams that executed projects with a combined value exceeding US$200million.

Her wealth of experience includes her previous role as PwC Nigeria’s Digital Leader with direct responsibility for growing the Digital Change Services business in Nigeria – a role she combined with her membership of PwC’s EMEA Digital Leadership and PwC’s EMEA FinTech Leadership teams.
With a cross functional perspective, she has been directly involved with business consulting, project/program management, consultative sales and business development in strategic change projects ranging from Banking, Telecommunications and FMCG sectors to the Legal industry.

She currently provides leadership and strategic planning to thirteen business units straddling the key industries in Nigeria, ranging from Financial Services to Oil and Gas, to Power and Infrastructure, to Public Sector – naming a few.

Clear on the importance of technology and computing to how business is done in the 21st Century, she bagged a first-class degree in Computer Sciences, and subsequently, an M.Sc (with distinction) from Kings College London, in Computing and Internet Systems.
