Patrick A. Ajayi - Managing Director/CEO
Patrick has a Bachelors Degree in Physics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He has over 24 years work experience spanning Marketing, Audit, Taxation, Banking, Information Technology and Stockbroking.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Abuja Securities and Commodities Exchange and Institute of Directors, Nigeria. He served as the Chairman Audit committee, Central Securities Clearing System Plc. and remains a member of the Audit committee till date.
He also serves on the boards of Ned Philips Capital Limited, WCM3 Investments Limited and the Governing Board/Council of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and Letshego Micro-Finance Bank( a Multinational Micro-Finance Franchise).
Habeeb O. Amole - Executive Director
Habeeb holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Degree from the Lagos State University and Higher National Diploma (HND) (Upper Credit) in Business Administration from The Polytechnic Ibadan.
He is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange, fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and duly registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
His work experience spans over 2 decades as a seasoned stockbroker on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is also an Authorized Dealing Member of the Abuja Securities and Commodities Exchange and Associate Member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria.
He also serves on the board of WCM3 Investments Limited and Landprop Concerns Limited.
Anya O. Anya - Capital Markets
Anya is a Chartered Stockbroker (ACS) and Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange. A graduate of Accounting/Finance from Yaba College of Technology and an MBA holder. He had a successful investment banking career with Future View Securities Limited where he served in various capacities as Head Stockbroking Operations, Head Stockbroking Services, Head Business Development/Marketing, Head Asset Management and later re-assigned as Deputy Managing Director.
Anya has passion for training, hence he has presented several papers on wealth creation and management in the CAPITAL Market and Personal Financial Planning.
Andrew Omonigho Aluya - Capital Markets
Andrew holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from University of Calabar. A Chartered Stockbroker (ACS), Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
He started his working career with SCOA Nigeria Plc as Divisional Accountant in 1988. Thereafter, he had over eleven years banking experience in two banks where he served as Head of Financial Control/Planning, Head of Credit Control & Head of Trade Finance. He joined Future View Financial Services Limited as the Finance Controller in 2005 where he rose to the position of Group Finance Controller/Head Treasury before leaving in 2012 to join Woodland Capital Markets Plc.
Femi Ladipo - Head, Business Development
Femi is a graduate of Business Administration from Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Liverpool. He is an associate member, Institute of Capital Market Registrar, Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria & a fellow member (FIIM) of the Institute of Information Management (IIM), Africa.
Femi’s financial service industry experience spans over 18 years encompassing stockbroking, Asset Management, Credit analysis and management, client relationship management & Equities Market Research.He started his working career as an Investment Analyst with Interstate Securities where he cut his teeth in stockbroking and investment management. Thereafter, he had over 10years of experience overseeing business development & strategy and Asset Management at SID Energy Oil &Gas, Portfolio Advisers Limited & Heritage Capital Market Limited. He was an associate at Unicorn Capital Limited, an independent investment banking firm from where he joined WCM Capital as head of business development.
Adetoun Esther Adetona
Head, Accounts & Finance
Adetoun holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting (first class division) from University of Science, Commerce and Business Administration, Benin Republic. Also attended The Polytechnic, Ibadan for her National Diploma in Accounting where she graduated with a Distinction.
She doubles as an Associate Accounting Technician (AAT) and Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) – ICAN.
She started has had work experience spanning, Accounting, Auditing, Banking and Administrations. Joined WCM Capital in 2019 as Finance Officer and later became the Head, Account and Finance same year.
Teslim Bolajoko Sadiq
Head, Dealing Operations & Advisory Services
Teslim holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, and an MBA-Finance from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He has over fifteen years working experience in the Nigerian Capital Market, started his career in 2004 with Signet Investments & Securities Limited where he served in various capacities as Head, Verification, Marketing, New Issues and Research.
He joined Diamond Securities Limited in 2007 as Head of Customers Service Unit (CSU) and later resigned same year to join Nigerian Stockbrokers Limited (NSL), a subsidiary of Sterling Bank Plc as Head of Operations. He served in various capacities while in the service of NSL as Head of Portfolio Management and Branch Coordinator / Investment Manager(Apapa Business Hub).
He joined Woodland Capital Markets Plc, now WCM Capital Limited as Operations Consultant in June 2014, and later became the Head, Dealing Operations and Advisory Services. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and a Dealing Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
He has a professional approach to business, and also having a global entrepreneurial mindset. He is passionate about business, finance, investing, and deal-making.
Sulaimon Bolaji Adeyemi
Head, Compliance
Bolaji is a graduate of Accounting from Lagos State University. An Associate Accounting Technician (AAT) – ICAN. He has had over 5years working experience spanning Tax Consulting, Accounting, Auditing and Administrations.
He joined WCM Capital in 2019 as the Compliance Officer, a position he holds till date and currently writing his final exams with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Lekan Olatunji
Head of Operations
Lekan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from University of Lagos. He has extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in investment and Financial Management.
He has over 15years working experience in Capital Market. He worked with MBL Financial Services Limited and Cardington Securities Limited for over 10 years before joining WCM Capital Limited.
